HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
For jewelry it takes about 3 - 7 working days from placing your order in our online shop to delivery to your front door.
For T-shirts and bags it usually takes also 3 - 6 woking days, in rare occasions it can also be up to 12 working days. But don’t worry, we will always keep you posted.

RETURN
HOW DOES A RETURN / EXCHANGE WORK?
We want you to be absolutely happy with your piece of jewelry. You can therefore return your order within 30 days of receipt of your package without giving a reason. The amount will be refunded within approx. 3 weeks (from the arrival of your return at our warehouse) using the payment method originally used for the purchase.
Please note that at the moment (since we are still a very small company) we do not yet offer free returns.

MATERIAL
WHAT MATERIAL IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE OF?
Very important question! Our jewelry is made of high-quality 316L stainless steel (surgical steel) and plated with 18 carat gold.
For most of our jewelry we use PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) to coat our jewelry with gold. This means that the jewelry stays beautiful for longer, retains its golden color longer, does not discolour and is waterproof and scratch-resistant.
IS YOUR JEWELRY NICKEL FREE?
Yes. But: Unfortunately, the smallest traces of nickel cannot be ruled out in production.
If you notice any abnormalities in our jewelry, you are always welcome to contact us.
IS YOUR JEWELRY WATERPROOF?
Our jewelry is 100% water resistant and will not stain when in contact with water.
In order to be able to enjoy your jewelry for a particularly long time, you should avoid contact with cosmetic and personal care products, cleaning agents, etc. as much as possible.
HOW DO I PROPERLY CARE FOR THE JEWELRY?
To care for your jewelry, buff it every now and then with a soft, dry rag (without any polishing or cleaning products) to remove any residue from wearing. Heavy soiling can be removed with lukewarm water. Then dry the jewelry well and gently.
Our pieces of jewelry are 100% water-resistant, i.e. they can withstand a lot. However, in order to be able to wear them for as long as possible, it is better to take them off when showering, bathing and exercising and not to expose them too much to personal care products, perfumes or detergents.
